Refunds & Returns
Because of the handmade and personal nature of my products, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out to me at tiffany@creativelyguided.ca within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier and destination.
Local Pickup
If you’re local to Kelowna, BC, you may choose local pickup at checkout. Pickup details will be arranged after your order is placed.

Yes! Please reach out with your request, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
I source organic and ethically harvested herbs whenever possible, and always with integrity.
Can I buy wholesale?

At this time, only Canada & U.S. are supported. Expansion is planned in the future.
